The Citi Bike User Survey is an anonymous, mobile-friendly about 5-minute questionnaire designed to capture key data on rider demographics, trip behavior, substitution habits, and price sensitivity—enabling the NYC DOT to gather timely, representative insights for equitable bikeshare strategy.  If you complete our survey, use the Contact Form to enter for a chance to wine a $500 gift card.
